Description
Bilingual edition with texts in Spanish and English
The “Itineraries of Architecture” collection aims to encourage direct visits to the work of the protagonists of modern and contemporary architecture, due to the educational value that implies living the architectural space in first person. A small format book is the useful means to guide us during the visits, while the interactive DVD is proposed as a “virtual itinerary”.
This third issue of the collection is the first in a series dedicated to the Colonization Towns erected by the National Colonization Institute throughout the entire Spanish territory. Grouped, in reality and in this publication, around hydrographic basins, this issue focuses on the towns of the Guadalquivir and the southern Mediterranean basin. The publication contains complete information on the file, location map, UTM coordinates, drawings and images of the 46 most significant towns among the hundred built in Andalusia, listed in geographical order that refers to a territorial map. The interactive DVD that accompanies the book contains more images, the original memory of the peoples and various video documents.
